Love you earn means more than love you demand.

Cats aren’t aloof. They’re selective. There’s a difference, and it matters.

Dogs love everybody. It’s lovely, and it’s not the point. A cat’s affection is issued case by case, to the people who learned the language — who caught the slow blink across the room and sent it back, who understood that the offered belly is a ceremony and not an invitation, who earned their spot on the couch one quiet evening at a time.

That kind of love asks something of you. Which is exactly why it’s worth more.

Who we are

TimberKats comes out of Rockwall, Texas — tall pines on the logo, actual cats behind the operation. We write about cat behavior because it’s genuinely interesting, and we make shirts because some of what cats teach you deserves to be worn.

What we make

Heavyweight Comfort Colors tees, garment-dyed in colors the woods already picked, printed one at a time when you order. No warehouse, no landfill run. Designs with dignity — behavior-literate, a little dry, and never a “crazy cat lady” punchline. If a design wouldn’t earn a slow blink, it doesn’t ship.
