The store
TimberKats is operated from Texas, USA. Every product is printed to order through our production partner and shipped within the United States. Prices are in U.S. dollars; applicable sales tax is added at checkout. If a listing ever shows an obviously wrong price due to an error, we may cancel and refund that order rather than honor the mistake.

Our designs
All artwork, product designs, text, and the TimberKats name and logo are ours. Buying a shirt buys you a shirt — a very good one — not the rights to reproduce, resell, or reprint the artwork.
The fine print
We do our best to show colors accurately, but screens vary and garment-dyed fabric means slight variation shirt to shirt — that’s character, not a defect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order in question. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If we update them, the date below moves.
