Every TimberKats shirt is printed when you order it — no warehouse, no leftovers, no landfill run. Your shirt is typically at your door within about a week of ordering — tracking lands in your email the moment it ships.

We’re a small business, and every shirt is made to order — produced just for you, only after you order it. That’s how we keep quality high and waste at zero.
Because of that, we guarantee your shirt arrives in perfect condition. If it doesn’t — misprinted, damaged, or simply not what you ordered — we’ll replace it or refund it. No questions, no hoops. Just email us a photo within 30 days of delivery.
Wrong size? It happens — our tees run roomy, and every product page has the honest size guide. Within 30 days, we’ll print you a replacement in a different size, once, free. Keep the original or pass it to a friend who earned it; there’s nothing to mail back.
Because each shirt is made to order, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds outside the situations above — there’s no warehouse to send anything back to, only a very opinionated cat.
